The 18th at St Andrews - The famous 18th hole at St Andrews, The home of Golf.
Thanks Scott for sending in this great photo

Canterbury - The 10th hole at the Terrace Downs Golf course. The tee is directly in front of the clubhouse and is a drop to the green. 177 metres with a large bunker front left and water on three sides. Anything short is in the rough.

Kerikeri - The 13th hole at the Kerikeri Golf course. The best hole I have come across.
Even better than the 4th at Manukau Golf Course, my home course. Around only 110 metres, but feels
like it is 110 metres above the green as well. (It isn't quite). However, a drop shot to a green
that is surrounded by trouble . . . bunkers, water and out of bounds. My golfing buddies and I always,
after teeing off the real shot, have to have a couple of fun / experimental shots also. Not an activity
I wish to encourage, but if you are not going to hold up the next group, it is worth wasting a ball!

Queensland - The 5th at the Kooralbyn Golf Course is a classic par 3 of
220 metres from the mens and 201 from the ladies. All down hill into the
valley onto a pretty small green. Kangaroos in attendence. Slice it and
you're in bush with signs that say 'Danger snakes'. If you hook you're into
the same stuff. So straight it is.

The Rogue - The 517 metre, par 5, 14th hole at Wairakei International
Golf Course near Taupo, NZ. A challenging championship course. Great scenery
at one of New Zealand's most famous courses.

Manukau - Hole 4, the signature hole at Manukau Golf Club south of Auckland
was recently redesigned by Greg Turner. Now a par 4 Risk and Reward hole. Go for
the green over the water at your own risk

Northland - The par 3 17th at the Northland Golf Club, Whangarei, New Zealand,
around 2 hours drive north of Auckland International Airport. A spectacular shot from
a very high tee to a small green perched on the side of the opposite side of the
valley.

Remuera - The 3rd at Remuera Golf Club. Nestled in a small valley, a shot from
an elevated tee over the lake.

Crasher - The 13th at Manukau Golf Club, Auckland, New Zealand. An elevated green
protected at the front left and right by bunkers, and with out of bounds right down the
right hand side. Any shot to the right in the summer and you are down the bank and into the water.

Kerikeri Again - The 14th hole at the Kerikeri Golf course, just north of the Bay of Islands
is a daunting prospect from the back tees. A narrow chute, over a deep stream to a wide fairway.

 |
Bay of Islands - A par 3, the 6th at Waitangi Golf Course in the Bay of Islands
is through a chute of native bush, to a dome green. But don't worry, there is more
fairway on the other side of the valley than can be seen from the tee. Don't miss the
second 9, with spectacular views from all holes over the islands of the Bay of Islands.
