The Real CUT . . . 125 on the money list . . . I see that Kevin Stadler and Mathias Gronberg snuck through with their last tournament results, while Ben Curtis and Ted Purdy missed out by as little as $10,000 Considering the US Tour Qualifying dollars is now . . . US$780,000 Without checking, I believe that is well up on last year, and only 2 or 3 years ago it was closer to $500,000 A look at the list shows a lot of lucky guys, including, Kevin Na, Alex Cejka, Rich Beem, Bob Estes and Tom Lehman, just making the cut. I understand the European Tour Cut is 115. This being the case, I don't recognise many names, except, Philip Price in 111, and Robert Rock missing out on 128. For my country, Michael Campbell is at 55, Steve Alker next at 148. From the US LPGA Tour, Lorena Ochoa has blitzed the other ladies. Say no more . . . In Europe, Bettina Hauert leads the moneylist, from Sophie Gustafson. Annika is in 20th, but with limited tournaments, only 3, after some medical problems. I suspect she will be back in 2008. *** 2007 NEW ZEALAND OPEN I will not be there this year to take the photos I have supplied on the website for the last 7 years. Sorry. Clashes of dates have caused me some hassles. However, I do look forward, for the first time in those 7 years, to watch some of my local major tournament on TV, and see what I haven't seen while behind my camera's lens. I DO intend to be there next year. . . . . . . Select "Find a course" from the green menu, then select the country you will be visiting (box 1). Select "Location" in the "View Full Directory" (in box 2) and click "View Directory". GoforGOLF will list all courses in the country selected "by district", with par, Length and Slope rating, enabling you to see whether the courses are hard or easy. Click the name, and you can view further information on that course including it's scorecard. 2. MAINTENANCE We are undertaking some maintenace of registrations where the Newsletter has been bounced. This bounce can be caused by a short term problem with your email address. So if you do not receive next months newsletter in early December, check your email address, and / or let me know.
